Our Story Why we started Always Family
Our family-owned care agency was founded by cousins Joshua Markland and Chad Tracey. Years ago, they struggled to find quality, reliable in-home care for their grandma, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. The cousins realized that other families were going through the same challenging and emotionally draining experience and were determined to offer something better.
Always Family was born out of their desire to provide an optimal care experience for caregivers, older adults, and family members so that no one needs to struggle to find quality home care in Texas again.

When we contacted them, they were able to start right away. They were also a lot more flexible in terms of scheduling. They were willing to do things like drive him to the store, to the bank, etc. A lot of other places did not want to do that. They also did some light house keeping for him and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend their services to others looking.

What is Respite Care?
Respite Care provides short-term care in emergency situations or as a scheduled service for unpaid caregivers who require a break from looking after another person. We have qualified caregivers and nurses who can assist.
